this website is operated by birudo3 foundation ("build3"), pune, maharashtra, india. by using it you agree to these terms.

[ what this site is ]

information about the build3 impact accelerator and a way to apply to it. content on this site is for information and is not an offer, financial advice, or a guarantee of any outcome.

[ applications and selection ]

submitting an application does not guarantee admission. founders are selected through an application and interview process, at build3's discretion.

[ fees ]

the program fee is ₹39,900 for the 10 week accelerator, plus ₹5,900 per additional co-founder, payable on acceptance. refunds and cancellations are governed by the foundation's return and cancellations policy at build3.org/return-policy.

[ funding ]

select startups may receive an investment of up to ₹25 lakh from build3 after the program. any investment is made under separate signed agreements and is not guaranteed by anything on this site.

[ intellectual property ]

all content on this site belongs to birudo3 foundation. do not reproduce it without permission.

[ acceptable use ]

do not misuse this site, attempt to break it, or submit false information in applications.

[ liability ]

to the extent permitted by law, birudo3 foundation is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

[ changes ]

we may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version.

[ governing law ]

these terms are governed by the laws of india, with courts at pune, maharashtra having jurisdiction.
