[ who we are ]

this website is operated by birudo3 foundation ("build3"), 9, 12 flr sadanand business center, nh 48, service rd, baner gaon, haveli, pune 411045, maharashtra, india. it exists to take applications for the build3 impact accelerator.

[ what we collect ]

when you submit the application form, we collect your name, email, phone number, startup stage and a short description of what you are building. we also capture campaign parameters from the link you arrived on (such as gclid, fbclid, utm parameters, referrer and the landing page url). these are stored in your browser session and attached to your application so we know which campaign it came from.

[ what we do not collect ]

this site does not currently run analytics tags, advertising pixels or tag managers, and does not set advertising cookies. if that changes, we will update this policy first.

[ third parties on this site ]

the hero video is embedded from youtube in privacy-enhanced mode, which may store data on your device only when you play it. our fonts are served by google fonts, which receives your ip address to deliver the font files. our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.

[ how we use your information ]

to assess your application, contact you about it, and understand which campaigns applications come from. your details go into our crm and communication tools. we never sell your data.

[ how long we keep it ]

for as long as needed to run admissions and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted.

[ your rights ]

you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@build3.org. we handle requests in line with applicable law, including the digital personal data protection act, 2023.
